Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, we won't lock you into any long-term plan, even if you decide to pre-pay. Upgrades happen immediately and downgrades take place at the end of the billing cycle.

Once the request limit has been reached, do you stop surveying visitors?

No - we continue surveying your site visitors even after your account has reached the maximum amount of monthly responses. This allows you to upgrade at any time, and see the additional responses.

Do the prices include VAT?

No, the prices on this site don't contain VAT - Value Added Tax - for European customers. During the subscription and payment process our reseller Fastspring takes care of VAT invoicing. If you have a valid VAT number, you don't have to pay VAT with Fastspring.
